To enter one of your Learners in a Public Centre event, you would need to have the Public Centre booking features enabled on your account. To check this, please ensure that you have the following icon displayed on your dashboard:
If this is not displayed on your ExamTrack account, please email us at exams@lamda.ac.uk so that we can enable it for you
Once you have confirmed you have these features, please follow the steps outlined here: How to book a Public Centre exam
IMPORTANT: To enter a Learner in a Public Centre event, they need to be linked to your account. If your Learner does not appear when filling out the “Please Select Your Learner” field, please email us at exams@lamda.ac.uk and provide us with the following information:
- Learner name
- Learner date of birth
- Learner LAMDA PIN (this can be found on any previous exam paperwork, including Certificates)
