Private Centre Coordinators can now generate and download individual Learner Examination Reports (LERs) directly from ExamTrack.
Previously, LERs could only be downloaded as part of a bulk report containing all learners' reports in a single PDF. With this enhancement, you can now generate an LER for an individual exam, allowing you to quickly access, download and share a single learner or group report without generating the full report pack.
This new functionality is available both before the exam (Learner Report Sheets) and after results have been generated (Completed Learner Reports).
To do this, please follow either of the below step-by-step guidance:
- Before the exam: How can I download the LERs individually prior to the event?
- After results have been generated: How can I download the Completed LERs individually once Results are available?
IMPORTANT: This feature is available for exams taken at Private Centre events only.
