Whether the exams are booked into Public or Private events, the general timelines for submitting entries and receiving the final paperwork are the same. Please read the following guidance before booking:

Deadline for entries

All bookings must be finalised (including applying for Reasonable Adjustments) and paid for by the closing date for entries (6 weeks prior to the event).

After this date, some changes or late learner entries may be actionable, depending on the nature of the request. These would have to be emailed by the person who made the booking, at exams@lamda.ac.uk, for further consideration.

Please note:

  • For most Public Centre events, the closing date will be on the Thursday six weeks prior to the event
  • For Private Centre events, any changes brought to your event after you have submitted your entries may be subject to administration fees, in line with our fees lists.

Final paperwork and timetable

All of our events are finalised two weeks before the event. This is when you will receive all the necessary paperwork, including the Learner Examination Report(s) (LERs), which will contain the exact time and location of the exam, as well as the Learners' name, LAMDA PIN, and which exam they are taking.

Following this date, no further changes can be made to the event's timetable.

Please note: For most Public Centre events, the final paperwork will be sent on the Friday two weeks prior to the event.

IMPORTANT: Due to our GDPR and Safeguarding practices, we can only accept requests from, or share information with, the person who made the bookings.
