Should you have enough learners to meet our minimum entry fee requirements*, we would always recommend registering as a Private Centre, as this would allow you to request your own exam dates and manage your timetable according to yours and your learners' needs. Additionally, you would be able to host your events at your own venue.
To proceed with your Centre's registration, the following documents would have to be filled out and signed:
- One Centre Registration Form
- One Centre Agreement, per designated contact (Head of Centre, Centre Coordinator and optional Finance Contact)
Please note that it is possible for the Head of Centre and Centre Coordinator (and optional Finance Contact) to be the same person.

| This is the form in which the venue details and each post-holder's contact details will be provided, as well as outlining your Centre's policies and procedures. All Private Centres must outline their own policies and procedures for the following:
Should you require any assistance with creating these policies, please contact us at exams@lamda.ac.uk. | This document outlines the roles and responsibilities of the Centre, in their dealings with LAMDA and defines the Terms and Conditions the Centre must comply with. Each designated contact must sign this document, in order for them to have access to the Centre's ExamTrack profile. This will also ensure that we are able to communicate with this person with regards to anything pertaining to your Centre. In line with our GDPR and Safeguarding practices, LAMDA would be unable to communicate with, or accept requests from, any other person with regards to your Centre. |
