Results are issued within 6 weeks (approximately 30 working days) of the exam event attended by the Learner(s). If the Learner(s) attended an exam event that lasted several days, the 6 weeks will start after the last day of the event. 

The Results Summary and Completed LERs will first be communicated by email to the person who booked the exam(s) and will also be available to view on their ExamTrack account. Certificates are subsequently dispatched by first-class post approximately one week later, to allow for any clerical checks. 

IMPORTANT: Due to our GDPR and Safeguarding practices, we can only issue Results to, or share information pertaining to Results with, the person who made the bookings.
