BIRMINGHAM CLEAN AIR ZONE
From 1st June 2021, the Birmingham Clean Air Zone commenced. Please look at the following link in relation to this. Whilst the Public Centre is outside of the Clean Air Zone, should your journey take you through the city centre (essentially within the inner ring road) you can check if your vehicle is liable to charging by inputting your registration at the website below.
Taken from the Birmingham.gov website:
“A Clean Air Zone is an area where targeted action is taken to improve air quality, particularly because of pollution from road vehicles. In Birmingham, we are introducing a charging Category D Clean Air Zone, where the most polluting vehicles must pay if they wish to drive in the zone. ~

PARKING
There is ample free parking at the school. However, be aware of the following:
Please do not park in any Reserved or Disabled spaces unless you are required to do so.
Parking is available at both the front of the building and access to a lower car park through the drive at the left of the school.
Be aware that the car park is shared with Edgbaston Botanical Gardens. Should you park directly adjacent to the botanical gardens you will be required to pay.
Travel recommendations
As a city centre venue, it is highly recommended that customers allow extra time for traveling to and from the centre when using either Public Transport or car.
