When LAMDA launches a new qualification, Centres and Customers will have an option to contact us to request a Late Registration, should they have started to prepare Learners before the launch date.
This late registration period is valid for 12 months from the launch date of the new qualification, not the first examinations under the new syllabus.
For example: if the qualification is launched on August 1st 2026, with the first examinations under the new syllabus taking place on January 1st 2027, the Learner will have until July 31st 2027 to complete their exam under the previous syllabus.
In order to qualify for a late registration, the Learner must have started on the programme of study before the change of syllabus and you must contact LAMDA in advance of the exam. We recommend contacting LAMDA at the point of booking and registering your Learner for the exam, by emailing us at exams@lamda.ac.uk.
You must contact us before the exam takes place, as failure to do so will result in the learner being examined against the new syllabus, which may negatively impact the Learner's result.
