If you notice any errors to do with your learners booking after the closing date has passed for the event e.g. 

• Learner name or spelling

• Date of birth

• Exam Amendment

Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing exams@lamda.ac.uk so we can assist.

If you wish to withdraw your learner from the event within 6 weeks of the exam date, please note:

• The full exam fee will still be charged

• We can remove the learner from the final timetable 

• This is in line with LAMDA’s cancellation policy

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer the fee to another event

• Please notify us ASAP by emailing exams@lamda.ac.uk

If your learner is unable to attend their exam due to:

• Illness

• Injury

• Bereavement

They may be eligible for a Partial Credit Note of 50% of the original exam fee.

To request this:

• Email exams@lamda.ac.uk

• Our Finance Team will review your request and confirm the outcome

Any requests to withdraw your learner once the event is live on our system, we unfortunately won’t be able to remove them from the final timetable. We will notify the examiner the learner will no longer be able to attend their exam and they will be marked as absent on the day.
