For Remote Online Assessments (ROAPUB) and International Online Assessments (INTROA) Unlike face to face exams, if the exam or grade is incorrect we cannot allow any changes once the timetables have been published 2 weeks prior to the event taking place. 

 A change of grade form cannot be actioned on the day and the exam will unfortunately not be able to go ahead. 

Bookings can be double checked from your ExamTrack account at any time by going to the 'My Bookings' tab and selecting the relevant event. 

If the learner has been booked for the wrong exam, they will need to be submitted again for the next available event along with full payment.

All allocated examination timings are final and cannot be swapped to an alternative timing or swapped with another learners exam time.
