Once an examination event is live and you have received your final examination paperwork, it is too late to make changes to the timetable. This includes:
- Amending allocated exam times
- Swapping exam slots between learners
- Making changes to the exam or grade listed
- Swapping learners between exam days
For Remote Online Assessments, unlike face-to-face exams, if the exam or grade is incorrect, we cannot allow any changes once the timetables have been published 2 weeks prior to the event taking place.
This means that a change of grade cannot be actioned on the day and the exam will not be able to go ahead.
We strongly recommend that all bookings are thoroughly checked on your ExamTrack account to ensure that all grades, exams and learner details are correct prior to the 2-week deadline.
If a Learner has been booked for the wrong exam, they will need to be re-entered into an exam at a later date. In such cases, please email exams@lamda.ac.uk soon as possible so that we can help you with this.
If there is a difference in exam price, the higher fee will be applicable.
Please note: All allocated examination timings are final and cannot be swapped to an alternative timing or swapped with another Learner’s exam time.
