All learner entries must be submitted and paid for via ExamTrack no later than six weeks before the event start date.  

  • If payment isn’t made at the time of booking, the exam entry is not confirmed. 


  • After the closing date, unpaid bookings will be automatically removed from your basket. 


Missed the deadline? 
Email us aexams@lamda.ac.uk and we’ll check for any availability. 

Using a credit note? 
Please email us with the learner’s details before the deadline. We’ll manually add the entry and apply the credit note. If there’s a remaining balance, you’ll receive a separate payment link.  

Please note that this is subject to availability, and there may be instances when we do not have room on the event. Our team will do their best to provide the next available dates.
