We understand that sometimes Learners may miss their exams for any number of reasons. In exceptional circumstances, LAMDA may be able to issue a partial or full credit note to contribute towards a retake. For more information, please consult the Credit Note Policy on our website (under the Finance section). 

Please inform us as soon as possible if a learner is/was unable to take their exam. There is a 10-day cut off period from when the initial exam took place to the date you need to have made the request (in writing) to LAMDA. 

If you are unsure if your Learner’s absence constitutes a Credit Note or reschedule, please contact us on exams@lamda.ac.uk for more information. Please include the Centre Code, name of the Learner, date of the exam and reason for the learner’s absence in the email so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
