The process for international and UK based Private centres works the same way once you have requested your examination dates.

  • You should receive a booking confirmation email 7+ weeks out from your exam date – please ensure to read through it carefully as it includes all the information you will need to use for timetabling & submitting your learners.
  • The next step will be to submit your learners at least 6 weeks out from your exam. Payment will also need to be submitted at this time. Please double check that the learner names and exams (grade & exam type) are all correct – you will have a week of grace period to change this.
  • From 5 weeks out any changes will be subject to an admin charge (the cost of this can be found on your fees list).

  • You should receive an email from your scheduler with a Share Point link – you will need to submit all Own Choice Pieces into the Share Point folder and let us know if any learners require any RA’s (Reasonable Adjustments). This needs to be completed no later than 2 weeks before the exam date

  • Centre Coordinators can download their exam timetable from the Exam Track website – these will also include the appropriate Zoom Links and any other paperwork they may require

  • 14 days out from the ROA no more changes will be accepted by LAMDA.
