The Centre Coordinator (CC) is the main point of contact between LAMDA and the exam centre for ROA events. Their responsibilities include: 

  • Organising and facilitating the online exam day using LAMDA’s approved platform (currently Zoom). 
  • Liaising with LAMDA to book exam dates and provide necessary details (e.g. centre code, preferred dates). 
  • Ensuring learners are prepared and understand the online format. 
  • Coordinating logistics, such as ensuring duologue or combined exam learners are in the same room. 
  • Communicating with the LAMDA Steward and Examiner during the event. 
  • Handling learner matters in collaboration with the Head of Centre. 
  • Managing financial matters if no separate Finance Contact is designated.
