The Centre Coordinator (CC) is the main point of contact between LAMDA and the exam centre for ROA events. Their responsibilities include:
- Organising and facilitating the online exam day using LAMDA’s approved platform (currently Zoom).
- Liaising with LAMDA to book exam dates and provide necessary details (e.g. centre code, preferred dates).
- Ensuring learners are prepared and understand the online format.
- Coordinating logistics, such as ensuring duologue or combined exam learners are in the same room.
- Communicating with the LAMDA Steward and Examiner during the event.
- Handling learner matters in collaboration with the Head of Centre.
- Managing financial matters if no separate Finance Contact is designated.
