IMPORTANT: The below information is applicable for Private Centre ROA events only.
The Centre Coordinator (CC) is the main point of contact between LAMDA and the exam centre for ROA events. Their responsibilities include:
Lead up to Exam:
- Liaise with LAMDA to book exam dates and provide necessary details (e.g. centre code, preferred dates) in accordance with correct timeframes.
- Ensure learners are sufficiently prepared and understand the online format and zoom requirements for their online exam. This may be especially important if learners are taking their exams from their own homes.
- Coordinate learner logistics, such as ensuring duologue or combined exam learners are in the same room.
- Handle learner matters in collaboration with the Head of Centre.
- Manage financial payments and deadlines if no separate Finance Contact is designated.
- Ensure that any Musical Theatre or Group Tapes will be submitted and uploaded in time for the exam submission date.
- Ensure that all Own Choice Pieces (OCP) are uploaded and submitted before the exam day.
On Exam Day:
- Be available during the examination in case the LAMDA Steward or Examiner need to clarify or get in touch about any of the learners
- Ensure that the learner(s) are the only people in the rooms during the exam and that the learner integrity and exam guidelines are upheld.
