6-5 weeks | Timetable changes can be made free of charge (within reason and excluding learner withdrawals). |
5-3 weeks | Timetable change requests may still be accommodated; however, charges will apply. |
4 weeks | Own Choice Piece (OCP) SharePoint link sent to the Centre Coordinator. |
2 weeks | Final timetable and Zoom links issued. |

If any of the above deadlines are not met LAMDA reserves the right to cancel your exam event and reallocate your session. If any sessions are cancelled within 6 weeks of the start date of an ROA session, you may be applicable for a cancellation fee.
Please note that the Musical Theatre and Group tape submissions will be 2 weeks prior to the exam date from 01 August 2026. If you are able to upload them before this and within the video tape timeframe found on our website (HERE>>) this is also acceptable.
Dates not available for booking ROA Private Exams;
Please note that we cannot guarantee your first preference of exam date will be available 7 weeks prior to booking if the dates are already fully booked. For our peak periods (between May - July) we are often fully booked up on many days by the start of April. If you are aware of any dates you wish to book with us, we encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible to ensure you do not miss out!
