The centre coordinator will be LAMDA’s main contact throughout the process and will be required to be available throughout the examination process. Due to GDPR laws, LAMDA cannot pass any information on to anyone outside of the registered Centre Coordinator (CC) or the Head of Centre (HoC), this means parents and teachers cannot request changes or information about learners.
The CC is expected to be oversee the following roles;
- Liaison Role: Acts as the main point of contact between LAMDA and the local exam centre.
- Exam Coordination: Manages exam bookings, entries, and timetables in line with LAMDA’s international schedule.
- Communication: Distributes results and key updates to learners, teachers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensures all activities adhere to LAMDA’s international exam regulations and quality standards.
- Logistics Management: Oversees venue setup, examiner arrangements, and smooth running of in-person assessments.
- Documentation: Submits all required forms and reports accurately and on time.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Manages fee payments and refunds.
- Handles examiner payments and expenses.
- Oversees representative commissions and income reconciliation (if no separate Finance Contact is assigned).
- Deadline Management: Ensures all tasks, submissions, and communications are completed within LAMDA’s specified timeframes.
The Head of Centre is the single point of accountability, and the Centre Coordinator always oversees the delivery of qualifications.
