Firstly, don’t worry, you can still take your exam, but your ID will need to be verified before we can process your results, or release your Certificate.
If you have forgotten to bring suitable I.D with you, speak to the person at the check-in desk and explain your situation. Our team will do all they can to support verification of your identity, on site, using a range of different options.
If they cannot verify your identity that day, they will refer you to LAMDA for a retrospective check.
In order to complete a retrospective check please complete the following steps within 10 days of the exam having taken place:
- Click here to submit a support ticket using the "Retrospective I.D Verification" form
- Provide the following information:
- Learners Full Name
- Exam venue
- Date & Time of exam
- Exam Subject & Grade
- Full details of what happened
- Learners Full Name
Once received, a member of staff will be in touch to make the arrangements for ID verification.
IMPORTANT: LAMDA will always try to work with Learners, however, LAMDA will revoke exam results and will not release any certificates if:
- after 10 days from the date of the exam, LAMDA has not received any request for a Retrospective I.D Verification
- after 15 working days from LAMDA's acknowledgement of a request, there has been no further communication
In either of these events, there will be no refund or credit note offered
