LAMDA Examinations understands that in the preparation of Learners, Centres, Teachers and Parents will access multiple information sources in order to support the delivery of our syllabi.

While these resources can be helpful, they are not always accurate or contextually correct in relation to a teacher’s specific need. LAMDA Examinations cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of any information provided by sources outside of their direct control, nor can we accept responsibility for the potential impacts that information attained from non-LAMDA sources may have. It is the responsibility of those preparing the Learners for exams to ensure that the information used is accurate, current and relevant.

For example:

  • “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) summaries, such as those provided by Google, take summaries from multiple sources to collate the response provided. This may or may not include material published by LAMDA. In some cases, the information can be abridged, with information the AI deems unnecessary omitted, to fit the terms of the search.
  • LAMDA has no formal affiliation with any Social Media groups or training providers who provide information, courses and resources for teachers.

LAMDA makes all relevant information available to all our customers via our many communication channels and we would always advise that these sources are used as the primary reference, including:

  • The LAMDA website, that contains a wide range of essential resources, including our Syllabi, How To Guides, Teacher Support Materials, recorded webinars and much much more.
  • LAMDA Oracle, our Customer Portal, including articles to help with many FAQs relating to the administration of booking an exam, to specific syllabus queries.
  • If you cannot access the answer that you wish, you can also access our expert LAMDA teams via Oracle, our customer portal, where you can raise a ticket that will be sent directly to the relevant team member to deal with your specific enquiry.
