LAMDA Examinations is excited to introduce our new Public Centre Customer Online Entry System on ExamTrack, which will launch at 12 noon (GMT) on Monday 24 February 2025.
This new system is designed to make your experience booking an exam smoother and more convenient. Here's a quick look at how the new system benefits you:
| Simplified Bookings Book your preferred Public Centre examination date directly via ExamTrack | Learner Registrations Easily register new Learners and view all Learners associated with your account in one place on ExamTrack. No need to complete and email any booking forms |
| Reasonable Adjustments (RAs) Quickly apply for Reasonable Adjustments and view your RA Decision Letters all in one place. | Instant Payment & Receipts Make payments securely online and receive a receipt, complete with detailed summary of your bookings and payments. |
What you need to know:
If you're an existing LAMDA Exams Public Centre customer, we will set you up with an ExamTrack account. Visit our website to view instructions on how to access your account.
Please note: If you are a Private Centre Customer only, and wish to enter Learners for a Public Centre exam for the first time, please contact our Exams Team by Submitting a New Support Ticket. Select the General Enquiries form and choose "Public Centre Profile" as the Nature of Enquiry.
IMPORTANT - The above changes will be made to your account by 12 noon on Monday 24 February 2025, unless you receive an email from our Exams Team informing you of a different timescale. Some accounts will require slightly more action, and will therefore be set up by close of business on Wednesday 26 February 2025.
