As you may have read in the November and December Voiceover Newsletters, we are introducing a major expansion of our exam booking software, ExamTrack, by making it available to all of our public centre customers in addition to our private centres.

This means that public centre customers will soon be able to book and pay for exams using ExamTrack, beginning with booking for our Summer 2025 in-person events.

Now in the final stages of testing, this new system will launch in mid-February. In the next couple of weeks, we will share more information about the system, including details about how to register an account and how to begin entering learners for exams. You'll then be able to begin entering learners for Summer 2025 examinations.

We hope this update will lead to a much-improved customer experience, and your feedback will be invaluable for us to develop the system further.
