We cannot make a direct comparison. 

A Level 2 exam is at the same level of learning challenge as a GCSE, but there are differences that mean the direct comparison (grade for grade) is not possible.

Our qualifications sit on the same regulatory framework but they are a different type of qualification, so we could not say it is worth one GCSE.
