In short, a Duplicate Certificate will have "DUPLICATE" published on it, at the very bottom of the certificate above the Certificate number. This denotes that it is not the Original Certificate.

A Duplicate Certificate will be issued when the original certificate has been lost.

A Replacement Certificate will be issued when the original can be returned to LAMDA and a replacement sent in it's place. If Customers are unable to return the original certificate back to LAMDA, providing evidence of the original having been destroyed will be sufficient for LAMDA to dispatch a replacement.

There are fees applied for replacement and duplicate certificates, which can be found by clicking here to view the current LAMDA Examinations UK Fees Lists.

International customers, please contact LAMDA via the "Certificate & Medals" contact form to enquire about the International fees.
